Our returns policy lasts thirty days. If a return is desired, we will gladly send you a replacement in its place at no cost to you, including the shipping label for return, and regular shipping, to, you (i.e.; a Credit). If thirty days has passed, we cannot issue you a Credit.
Credits
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or not meeting specifications. If for any of these reasons you need to return your product, send us an email at info@doitrightcomputers.com and we will give you a FREE return-label for shipping and send you a replacement product at no cost to you.

You may also be able to obtain customer support from a manufacturer’s warranty, and, we’d be glad to look into that for you at no additional charge.
Refunds
We offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee of our services because they are paid for, after the work is completed, or after terms of the service contract signed, prior to purchase have been met. In other words, there is minimal risk associated with using our services. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for almost any of our services. We provide Credits for returns of products, at no additional cost, so for this reason, we also do not offer refunds for our products. We do offer refunds for purchases of store-membership within the one year term, as long as no purchases have been made.
We do not accept requests for refunds, except for store-membership refunds. If you have not made any purchases at our store, we will offer you a refund, any time within the year term. We will offer membership refunds at the cost paid for them. In such cases, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping Returns
To return your product for Credit, you should email us at info@doitrightcomputers.com, so, we can issue you a free return-shipping label, or pick up your return; and, send, or give you a replacement.
For expedited shipping options, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not endorse expedited shipping due to the negative effects it has on the environment, but we do understand that it is necessary at times.
Depending on your shipping location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We may use shipping insurance or trackable shipping options, but you are not billed for these services. Customers are encouraged to download the FedEx Delivery Manager mobile app.
