We aim to not only assist our employees in finding a career that they fit into and job satisfaction, but also to care for our employees’ wellbeing, by providing health guidelines and fun work activities as opposed to tedious work. The performance of tedious work will be incentivized accordingly, with balanced incentive programs. Internal advancement will be tracked, so we can learn the natural turnover (attrition) of certain positions, which allows us to forecast labor supply shortages and surpluses, to avoid layoffs.
