1. Product definition
The project stakeholders describe what they want us to work on. This could be a program they want us to write, a website they want us to build, etc. We must have a clear line of communication with stakeholders, so it’s important for them to decide early on how they want to communicate. They will have a preference, (e.g.; email, phone, text), and we must follow through with them as well as possible so we can understand their needs (discuss the project with the project manager to get a clear understanding, etc.)
2. Analysis
The discovery process takes place after we understand what the customer (and stakeholders) need. We go through a discovery phase where we start to think about the best way to start building the project. Then we must communicate with the customer to express how we plan to implement their ideas.

Gold Package ~$1,950+/- (negotiable) Landing Page… Highly targeted user responses, e.g.;
“SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT,” “DONATE NOW,” or, “BUY.”
Customers who already have a company website may be interested in the Gold Package. The Gold Package is a Landing Page.
A landing page is an extremely effective way to sell a product or service or collect donations. It accomplishes the task better than a large website because it is a single page (or sometimes two pages, one for a “Contact Us” form). A simple one page website that sells your service or product is nice, because it’s low cost, and the simplicity of the page is attractive to customers. Customers love simple easy things, like landing pages.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)…
How we optimize sites for high search engine rankings
Javascript Program… Written by our programmers, this program attracts customers from any location, to any type of business.
For large businesses, this can be an endless project, for small companies, this could be set up in a few hours.
No monthly fee. We will develop the program, put it in the website’s source code, and after that it will continue working forever. It can always be upgraded to be better.
Good web design practices (up to code, standards, and regulations)… Adheres to W3C and IEEE standards, built for people who are blind, etc.
Backlinks… Backlinks are links to the customer’s website from other websites.
Example: We post a link to their website on our portfolio, create them a Yelp page, or post their website on search engines so people can find them. Email marketing is set up to help customers find them, etc.
Regular Website Updates… Websites updated with current information, and updated with new graphics every five to ten years.
Keywords… Keywords tell search engines how to index a website.
Accurate Information… Address and other information is correct on backlinks, matches what is on the website, and consistent with what the business or organization really does.
